VITA shade guides are the gold standard across the dental industry.
For almost a century, Vita has been uniting German engineering skills with practical knowledge to create reliable and practicable prosthetic solutions. VITA specialist technicians use innovative processes and individual fabrication techniques to create high-quality dentures for their patients. This combination of innovation, efficiency, and precision makes VITA VIONIC FRAME and BASE the perfect choice for anyone in need of quality oral prosthetics.
A coordinated material system for process-reliable CAD/CAM denture fabrication is presented for the first time with VITA VIONIC SOLUTIONS (VITA Zahnfabrik, Bad Säckingen, Germany). The system includes PMMA blanks for the fabrication of wax try-ins and final denture bases, special prosthetic frameworks for CAM-processing of denture teeth and a bonding solution for the adhesive fixation of ready-to-use teeth in the milled bases, in conjunction with intelligent CAD/CAM-solutions like Ceramill FDS.
VITAPAN EXCELL DD FRAME
VITAPAN LINGOFORM DD FRAME

excellent fit to the alveolar ridge
due to CAD/CAM technical fabrication of the base without a polymerization step
VITA VIONIC BASE
are highly crosslinked, industrially polymerized PMMA blanks
are homogeneous material blanks with the best shape and shade stability
Girrbach was originally founded in 1936 and not until 1978 did the co-operation of Amann Dental and Girrbach Dental begin with a fully adjustable articulator. Amann Girrbach is now a global pioneer and leader of in-house CAD/CAM solutions for dental laboratories throughout the world.
The collaboration between Straumann and Amann Girrbach offers dental laboratories the capability of milling custom dental prosthesis in house via Straumann CARES, with original Straumann connections and using state-of-the-art materials.
At the heart of the collaboration is a five-axis in-lab milling machine developed by Amann Girrbach to operate with the Straumann CARES CAD/CAM system; branded as the “Straumann CARES® M Series by Amann Girrbach”.
It enables dental laboratories to produce an extensive range of restorations for any indication and complements our high-volume, high-precision centralized milling service.
